Qadam according to Kitab at-Ta'rifat (Al-Jurjani)

What is established for the servant in the True’s knowledge, of bliss or woe: if specified by bliss, the qadam of truthfulness; if by woe, the qadam of the Almighty. The qadam of truthfulness and the qadam of the Almighty are the extreme of the fine subtleties of the bliss-people and woe-people in the True’s world: they are the two worlds’ center of guide and misleading.
