📖 1 min readFrom the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): "Poverty is the blackness of the face in the two abodes". The poverty intended here is constrained poverty: the noble hadith thus places poverty in blame. With the knowers, on the other hand, it praises poverty and sets out its reality; the intent of the aspect of reality and the aspect of aptness is that the knowers' first consideration is that everything is the expression of its reality; this group among them argued for it from the effect's coming from the agent upon the effect, not from the effect upon the agent; hence the first khalifa, the Veracious, may Allah be pleased with him, said: "I saw nothing but that I saw Allah before it".
