Definition of ʿBa

Ma 'aba'tu bihi: I did not care about it.

Originally, it is from 'ib', meaning burden.

The Almighty says: 'My Lord would not give you importance' (Al-Furqan 77).

Without supplication, man has no value with God.

ʿBa in the Quran (1)

Meccan: 1 Medinan: 0
Surah Al-Furqan : 77 Meccan
Say, "What would my Lord care for you if not for your supplication?" For you [disbelievers] have denied, so your denial is going to be adherent.
