Supplication upon finishing the meal

الحمد لله الذي أطعمني هذا ،وزرقنيه ،من غير حول مني ولا قوة

Pronunciation

Al-hamdu lillahi-lladhi at'amani hadha, wa razaqanihi, min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah.

Translation

Praise be to Allah who fed me this and granted it to me, without any strength or power on my part.

الحمدُ لله حمداً كثيراً طيباً مباركاً فيهِ، غيْرَ [مَكْفيٍّ ولا] مُوَدَّع، ولا مُستَغنَى عَنْهُ ربّنا

Pronunciation

Al-hamdu lillahi hamdan kathiran tayyiban mubarakatan fih, ghayra [makfiyyin wa la] muwadda', wa la mustaghna 'anhu rabbana.

Translation

Praise be to Allah, praise abundant, good and blessed, [not sufficient without Him nor] to be abandoned by Him, and we cannot do without Him, our Lord.
