Definition Al-fṭna

Al-fṭna according to Mu'jam al-Mustalahat al-Fiqhiyya

Like understanding, Al-Jawhari said it, and As-Sa'di said: the man showed fatnah regarding a matter: he knew it, and he became perceptive. Al-Misbah al-Munir (f-t-n) 477, and Al-Mutla' 397.
