Al-mnsk according to At-Tawqif (Al-Munawi)

A maf'al of al-nusk: what is done as drawing near and devotion; its letters share the sukun, said al-Haralli.

Al-mnsk according to Al-Qamus al-Fiqhi

The manasik of the hajj: its acts of worship; in the Quran: "When you have completed your rites, remember Allah as you remembered your fathers, or with deeper remembrance" (al-Baqara 2:200); it has been said: the places of worship. Al-nasik: the worshiper, the ascetic who devotes his worship sincerely to Allah; plural: nussak. Al-nusk: the nusuk. Al-nusuk: every right owed to Allah; worship; in the Quran: "Say: my prayer, my rite, my living and my dying belong to Allah, Lord of the worlds" (al-An'am 6:162); the sacrificial animal; in the Quran: "Complete the hajj and the 'umra for Allah: if you are prevented, offer whatever offering is feasible and do not shave your heads until the offering reaches its place; whoever among you is ill or has an affliction of the head, a ransom of fasting, alms, or sacrifice (nusuk)" (al-Baqara 2:196); volunteering an act of nearness. Al-nasika: the ingot of pure silver; plural: nusk and nasa'ik; the sacrificial animal; the Quran by which one draws near to Allah; the slaughtered beast.
