Wrth according to Al-Qamus al-Fiqhi

Such a one the property, and 'of him' and 'after him', in the forms warithan, warthan, irthan, wurthan and wira than: his property came to him after his death. In the noble hadith: 'The Muslim does not inherit from the unbeliever, nor does the unbeliever inherit from the Muslim.' Such a one, in the form tawrith: to count him among his heirs.
