أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم واتفل على يسارك ( ثلاثاً )

Pronunciation

A'udhu billahi mina-sh-shaytani-r-rajim, wa-tfal 'ala yasarik (three times).

Translation

I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, and spit to your left (three times).
