Definition Al-wady

Al-wady according to Mu'jam al-Mustalahat al-Fiqhiyya

With a sukun on the unmarked letter, and al-Jawhari reported: a kasrah on the dal and a tashdid on the ya, and the author of Al-Matali' reported that it is with the dotted dhal, and both are anomalous. It is: a thick water that comes out after urination, and it sometimes comes out by itself or with urine. It says in Ashel Al-Madarik: a thick water that comes out of the male organ without pleasure, and its emergence usually occurs after urination. Al-Mu'jam al-Wasit (wada) 2/1064, Tahrir al-Tanbih p. 43, and Al-Thamar al-Dani lil-Azahari al-Abi p. 24.

Al-wady according to Maqalid al-'Ulum (As-Suyuti)

Turbid water that comes out after urination.

Al-wady according to At-Ta'rifat al-Fiqhiyya (Al-Barkati)

Water that comes out of the male organ after urination. And in the verses: if he had intercourse then urinated, then performed major ablution, then something came out of the male organ, it is wadi.
