Hadith 24 of Nawawi : « O My servants, I have forbidden injustice upon Myself and made… »

On the authority of Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), among the sayings he relates from his Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, said: « O My servants, I have forbidden injustice upon Myself and made it unlawful among you: so do not wrong one another. O My servants, you all go astray except those I have guided: so ask Me for guidance and I shall guide you. O My servants, you are all hungry except those I have fed: so ask Me for food and I shall feed you. O My servants, you are all naked except those I have clothed: so ask Me for clothing and I shall clothe you. O My servants, you sin by night and day, and I forgive all sins: so ask My forgiveness and I shall forgive you. O My servants, you cannot harm Me nor benefit Me. O My servants, if the first and the last of you, your humans and your jinn, were as pious as the most pious heart of a man among you, that would add nothing to My dominion. O My servants, if the first and the last of you, your humans and your jinn, were as disbelieving as the most disbelieving heart of a man among you, that would diminish nothing of My dominion. O My servants, if the first and the last of you, your humans and your jinn, stood on one plain and asked Me, and I gave each his request, that would diminish what is with Me no more than a needle dipped into the sea. O My servants, it is but your deeds I record for you, then I repay you: whoever finds good, let him praise Allah; whoever finds otherwise, let him blame none but himself. » Narrated by Muslim.
