The fifth chapter on the marriages forbidden by the Law, the corrupt marriages and their ruling. The marriages in which prohibition came explicitly are four: the shighar marriage, the marriage of enjoyment (mut'a), the betrothal upon the betrothal of a brother, and the marriage of the muhallil (the one who makes lawful).
