Akhrj according to Al-Qamus al-Fiqhi

Akhraja someone the thing: to bring it forth. In the Noble Quran: 'Allah brought you forth from the wombs of your mothers knowing nothing, and gave you hearing, sight and hearts, that you may give thanks' (An-Nahl, 78). Akhraja: to pay the kharaj (land tax).
