Alqbwl fy alrhn according to Al-Qamus al-Fiqhi

In al-Majalla (article 707): it is the offer of the pledge and its acceptance. The offer is the word of the pledgor: 'I pledge you this thing against my debt', or another expression to that effect over the property; and the acceptance is the word of the pledgee: 'I accept', or 'I consent', or another expression indicating approval. The uttering of the word 'pledge' is not required. Example: if one buys a thing and gives the seller money and says to him: 'Keep this money with you until I pay you the price of the sale', he shall have pledged that money. Al-qab i l: the noble, generous. (plural) qubal and qiba la'. The company: a body of three or more persons of various tribes. The attachment.
