📖 1 min readOf one and the same meaning; one says: 'so-and-so yatlu (recites) God's Book', that is, he reads it and proclaims it. Al-Layth said: tala yatlu tilawa: he read; tilawa is mostly for the Qur'an, though some made it broader than reciting the Qur'an and other things.
