Althyb fy alzna according to Al-Qamus al-Fiqhi

According to the Shafi'is: anyone who has consummated a valid marriage even once in his life, being of age, of sound mind and free. Man and woman are equal in this. Al-mathab: al-mathabah. Al-mathabah: the House. In the singular: the refuge. In the Noble Revelation: 'And when We made the House a place of return for the people and a place of safety' (Al-Baqarah, 125). Al-mathubah: the recompense; in the Noble Quran: 'And if they had believed and feared Allah, a recompense from Allah would have been better, if they only knew' (Al-Baqarah, 103).
