Astkbr according to Al-Qamus al-Fiqhi

Such a one: to refuse to accept the truth, in defiance and pride. In the glorious Quran: [al-A'raf, 40: 'Those who denied our signs and waxed proud against them, the gates of heaven shall not be opened for them, nor shall they enter the garden until the camel passes through the eye of the needle: thus do We requite the guilty.']. The thing: to see it as great and hold it important.
