Fwd according to Al-Qamus al-Fiqhi

To entrust the affair to one: to give him the power to dispose of it. In the glorious Quran: [Ghafir, 44: 'And I entrust my affair to Allah.']. The woman her marriage: to marry without a dower. Al-tafwi d: to refer the affair to another. To entrust the affair to Allah the Most High: it is that man know that what Allah the Most High has given him, none can withhold, and what He has withheld from him, none can give; all the keys of the affairs are in the hand of Allah.
