Lexically: verbal noun of awsa; said: so-and-so bequeathed this, youwsa iyssan; the name al-wisaya, waw fatha and kasra: entrusting another performing a matter, that performing in the demander’s lifetime or after death. In al-Maghrib: so-and-so bequeathed ’Omar this, iyssan, recommending recommendation; wasiyya and wisata: two names the verbal noun’s sense; hence His word: « after a bequest you bequeath ».
