Shrka alabdan according to Al-Qamus al-Fiqhi

Originally: partnership of bodies. The letter ba was deleted, then the annexation added, because the partners offer their bodies in work to obtain gains. Among the Hanafis: two artisans associate, even without a shared craft or place, like a tailor and a dyer, on condition of accepting works that may deserve a wage.
