The statement, Allah the Exalted said: {Then We gave Moses the Book, making complete} [Al-An'am: 154] to His statement: {And this is a Book We have revealed} [Al-An'am: 155], and He the Exalted said: «Go down, [you two], as enemies to one another» [Al-Baqarah: 36], and He the Exalted said: {And We have made some of you above others in degrees} [Al-An'am: 165], among other verses. Another said: {Do the people of the Scripture ask you to bring down to them a book from the heaven} [An-Nisa': 153]. The poet also said: 'If people are people and time is time... then the second would not be the same as the first, for there would be no benefit in reporting it.' It is stated: Know that the intended meaning is that this is the origin when mentioned without any additional context or clarifying signs. Otherwise, the indefinite noun can be repeated without any change in meaning, as in His statement: {And He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord} [Az-Zukhruf: 84], {And they say, 'Why has no sign been sent down to him from his Lord?' Say, 'Indeed, Allah is able to send down a sign'} [Al-An'am: 37], {Then after weakness He gives strength, then after strength He gives weakness and gray hair} [Al-'Ankabut: 54], meaning the strength of youth. This also includes the chapter on verbal emphasis. The indefinite noun can also be repeated with a change in meaning, as in His statement: {And this is a Book We have revealed, blessed} [Al-An'am: 155] to His statement: {Lest you should say that the Book was only revealed to two groups before us} [Al-An'am: 156]. Another said: {There is no blame upon them if they make peace between themselves, peace is better} [An-Nisa': 128], the intended meaning
