The place: to arrive at it; to come near it; in the Qur'an: 'why then, when it reaches (balaghat) the throat, and you at that moment look, and We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see' (al-Waqi'a, 83-85), that is, the soul reached the throat. Someone 'balaghatan': eloquence and beauty of expression; he is baligh (plural bulgha'); one says 'the speech reached (balagha).' The white hair on his head: it appeared.
