Definition Dhww alarham

Dhww alarham according to Al-Qamus al-Fiqhi

The uterine kin (dhawu al-arham). In inheritance terminology: every relative who is neither a fixed-share heir (dhu faridah) nor an agnate ('asabah) (al-Tamartashi). They are: the children of daughters, the children of sisters, the daughters of the brother, the children of the uterine brother, the paternal aunts from all sides, the uterine uncle, the maternal uncles, the maternal aunts, the daughters of the paternal uncles, the maternal grandfather, and every grandmother who connects through a male intermediary, or connects through a male to the grandfather. All these, and whoever connects to them, are called dhawu al-arham. Ar-rahm: the womb. Ar-ruhm: mercy. In the Noble Revelation: 'As for the boy, his parents were believers, and We feared that he would oppress them by rebellion and disbelief. So We intended that their Lord should substitute for them one better than him in purity and nearer to mercy (ruhmah)' (Al-Kahf, 80-81). Ar-rahm: the womb. Ar-rahmah: good and blessing. In the Noble Quran: 'And when We let the people taste mercy after adversity has touched them, behold, they devise against Our signs. Say: Allah is swifter in devising. Indeed, Our messengers record what you devise' (Yunus, 21); forgiveness; tenderness; prophethood. In the Noble Quran: 'And Allah bestows His mercy upon whom He wills, and Allah is the Possessor of great bounty' (Al-Baqarah, 105), that is: with His prophethood. Ar-Rahman: the One of vast mercy, an attribute restricted to Allah, which may not be applied to any other. In the Noble Book: 'Say: He is ar-Rahman. We believe in Him and upon Him we rely. You will come to know who it is that is in manifest error' (Al-Mulk, 29). Ar-Rahim: the One of vast mercy (plural: ruhamah). In the Noble Quran: 'Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. Those with him are hard against the unbelievers, merciful among themselves' (Al-Fath, 29).
