Rwh alqds according to Al-Qamus al-Fiqhi

Ruh al-Qudus (the Spirit of Holiness): Jibril (peace be upon him). In the Noble Quran: 'And We gave 'Isa, son of Maryam, the clear proofs and strengthened him with the Ruh al-Qudus' (Al-Baqarah, 253); 'Isa (peace be upon him). Ar-rih: the wind, masculine and feminine (plural: riyah, ariyah, at times arwah); scent; victory and strength. In the Noble Quran: 'And obey Allah and His Messenger and do not dispute, lest you lose heart and your strength (rih) depart. And be patient: indeed Allah is with the patient' (Al-Anfal, 46). Ar-rayhan: every sweet-scented plant; but when used alone among the common people it means the well-known plant (basil) (plural: rayahin); the green leaf of the crop. In the Noble Quran: 'and the grain with its husk and the rayhan' (Ar-Rahman, 12). As-si'f: straw. Ar-rayhan: the leaf. Ibn Kathir said: the meaning of this, and Allah knows best, is that the grain, like wheat, barley and the like, has, while growing, a husk ('asf), that is, what is upon the ear, and a rayhan, that is, the leaf wrapped around its stalk. Provision (rizq). Al-marāh: the place where the people alight or to which they journey. Al-murāh: the place where camels and sheep shelter at night. Al-mirwad: an instrument of metal or ivory with which one applies kohl to the eyes; it is the mi'l.
