Sa'd ibn Mas'ud ath-Thaqafi

Bukhari: Sa'd ibn Mas'ud al-Thaqafi said: He is the uncle of al-Mukhtar ibn Abi Ubayd, and al-Tabarani said: He had companionship.

H (Abu Musa said): We were informed by Abu Ghali and Nushruwan, who said: We were informed by Abu Bakr ibn Rizah, who informed us that Abu al-Qasim al-Tabarani, who informed us that Ali ibn Abd al-Aziz, who informed us that Abu Nu'aym, who was al-Fadl ibn Dukayn, who informed us that Sufyan, who was al-Thauri.

H (Abu Musa said): We were informed by Abu Ali, who informed us that Abu Nu'aym, who was Ahmad ibn Abd Allah, who informed us that
